Advertise with ToolZool
Ads that respect the tool. This page describes what we will sell and, more importantly, what we will not — written down now, before there is anything to sell, so it can be held against us later.
No advertising is running today
ToolZool carries no ads and loads no ad network script on any page. This page exists so the policy is public in advance rather than written to justify whatever we end up doing.
Available placements
| Placement | Size | Where | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Leaderboard | 728 × 90 | Homepage and category pages, between sections | Never above the tool on a tool page. |
| Sidebar rectangle | 300 × 600 | Guides and category pages | Desktop only; hidden below 900 px. |
| In-content unit | Responsive | Below the tool, above the how-to | One per page, always labelled. |
| Mobile inline | 320 × 100 | After the first content block | Never adjacent to the action bar. |
These slots exist in the codebase already, with their dimensions reserved, so switching advertising on cannot shift the layout of a page someone is reading.
What we never do
- No ads above the tool, or inside the working area.
- No ad styled to look like a download or action button.
- No ads on loading, error or result screens.
- No interstitials, no auto-playing sound, no pop-ups.
- No layout shift — every slot is reserved before it fills.
- No advertiser influence over what a guide recommends.
The reason is self-interested as well as principled: a utility site that tricks people into clicking an ad instead of a download button loses the people. There is no version of that trade that we want.

File size and format tasks
Traffic figures stay blank until we have verifiable numbers to publish. We run no analytics at present, so we genuinely do not know — and we will not estimate. When there are numbers, they will come from a source an advertiser can check.

Direct deals and sponsorships are handled by email. Tell us the campaign, the dates and the creative sizes, and we will tell you honestly whether the traffic justifies it yet.
